Program Spotlight

Swimming Lessons

Swimming is an important life skill and a great way to build water confidence early on. Our group classes are designed to make learning fun and supportive, whether your child is just starting or already comfortable in the water. These classes help kids learn new skills, grow their confidence, and make friends in a safe and energetic environment.

Spring Break Group Lessons
Who should take these classes?
Level One (ages 3-7) is perfect for beginners who are new to the water. We focus on water comfort, floating, moving forward through the water, and learning basic breath control.

Level Two (ages 4-8) is great for swimmers who already feel comfortable in the water and can hold their breath without pinching their nose. We build on leg and arm coordination and start moving with minimal support.

Private lessons are a flexible and personalized option designed to match your swimmer's specific needs and goals. Whether your child is working on overcoming water fears, wants extra help with technique, or you're an adult looking to learn or improve, private sessions provide one-on-one attention and customized support.

Open for children, adults, and Mommy & Me.
