Water Classes




Water Arthritis - group exercise program where you'll learn safe stretching, breathing, endurance, and balance activities. Studies show that physical activity can reduce joint pain and improve function, mood, and quality of life for adults with arthritis. 

Water Aerobics - This class utilizes different exercises and routines coupled with mild aerobics, all at the pace and comfort level of each individual. Water aerobics improves flexibility, strengthens core muscles, improves balance and coordination.
